الرئيس السيسي يشارك في الحدث الافتراضي نداء عالمي لقمة المستقبل

شارك السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي في الحدث الرئاسي الافتراضي “نداء عالمي لقمة المستقبل”، المعني بمناقشة مواقف ورؤى الدول استعداداً لقمة المستقبل المقرر انعقادها بالأمم المتحدة يومي 22 و23 سبتمبر الجاري، وهي القمة التي تهدف إلى وضع ميثاق دولي للمستقبل، يتناول موضوعات التنمية المستدامة، والسلم والأمن الدوليين، والعلوم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار.

وقد ألقى السيد الرئيس كلمة مصر خلال ذلك الحدث الدولي، التي تضمنت أهم محاور الموقف الوطني من موضوعات النقاش في قمة المستقبل، وعلى رأسها إرساء مبادئ القانون الدولي، وإصلاح هيكل النظام المالي العالمي، وتعزيز جهود القضاء على الفقر والجوع، وحماية الأمن المائي لجميع الدول، وفيما يلي نص الكلمة:

أخي فخامة الرئيس “نانجولو مبومبا”، رئيس جمهورية ناميبيا؛

فخامة المستشار “أولاف شولتز”، مستشار جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية؛

معالي السيد “أنطونيو جوتيريش”، سكرتير عام الأمم المتحدة؛

نلتقي قبل أيام من “قمة المستقبل”.. التي تنعقد عليها الآمال.. من أجل التوصل لتوافق دولي.. من شأنه تعزيز العمل متعدد الأطراف.. وفي القلب منه؛ جهود منظمة الأمم المتحدة.. بما يحقق أهدافنا المشتركة في التنمية المستدامة.. والحفاظ على السلم والأمن الدوليين.. وتمتع الشعوب كافة بحقوق الإنسان.. بشكل شامل وعادل.

السيدات والسادة،

إن “قمة المستقبل” تنعقد في ظل أزمات دولية متنامية.. سياسياً واقتصادياً.. وأخص بالذكر هنا؛ حالة التصعيد الخطيرة بالشرق الأوسط.. بما لها من تداعيات سلبية على المستوى الدولي.. وهو ما يحتم علينا.. أن تتضافر جهودنا خلال القمة.. لتحقيق الأولويات التالية:

أولاً: التمسك التام بتطبيق ميثاق الأمم المتحدة.. لإرساء نظام قائم على مبادئ وقواعد القانون الدولي.. دون تمييز أو معايير مزدوجة.. وتنفيذ قرارات الشرعية الدولية.. لترسيخ استقرار السلم والأمن الدوليين.

ثانياً: إصلاح هيكل النظام المالي العالمي.. وتعزيز مشاركة الدول النامية في آليات صنع القرار الاقتصادي.. وتقوية دور الأمم المتحدة في الحوكمة الاقتصادية الدولية.. بما يسهم في تسهيل حصول دول الجنوب على التمويل اللازم لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.. فضلاً عن معالجة أزمة الديون التي تتراكم على الدول النامية.. جرّاء أزمات عالمية لم تتسبب فيها تلك الدول.

ثالثاً: تعزيز جهود القضاء على الفقر والجوع على المستوى العالمي.. ومواجهة تحديات الأمن الغذائي التي تتفاقم نتيجة عوامل متعددة.. على رأسها نُدرة المياه.. سواء لأسباب طبيعية أو مصطنعة.. الأمر الذي يتطلب تعاوناً دولياً.. للوفاء بحق الجميع في النفاذ للمياه.. واحترام القانون الدولي فى إدارة الأنهار العابرة للحدود.. لضمان تحقيق التوافق بين الدول المعنية.. وعدم وقوع أضرار على أية دولة.

وفي الختام.. تتطلع مصر إلى خروج القمة بنتائج ملموسة، تدفع نحو التغيير الحقيقي.. تنفيذاً للتعهدات الدولية.. بتوفير الأمن.. وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.. لجميع الشعوب دون استثناء.

Your Excellency Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany,

Mr. António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations,

We gather a few days before the “Summit of the Future”, which is filled with great expectations for reaching an international consensus that shall strengthen multilateral action, with the United Nations at its core, to achieve our shared goals of sustainable development by 2030, upholding international peace and security and ensuring that all peoples enjoy human rights, comprehensively and equitably.

Ladies and gentlemen,

“The Summit of the Future” convenes amidst growing international crises, both politically and economically. I specifically underscore the grave escalation in the Middle East, with its adverse repercussions on the international arena. This requires our concerted efforts during the summit to achieve the following priorities:

First:

Full commitment to the implementation of the United Nations Charter to establish a system based on the principles and rules of international law, without discrimination or double standards, and the implementation of the resolutions of international legitimacy, in order to ensure international peace and security.

Second:

Reforming the structure of the global financial system, boosting the engagement of developing countries in economic decision-making mechanisms, and strengthening the role of the United Nations in the international economic governance. This shall significantly contribute to facilitating the Global South’s access to essential funding required for sustainable development, in addition to addressing the mounting debt crisis faced by developing countries as a result of global crises which they have not caused.

Third:

Enhancing efforts toward the eradication of poverty and hunger globally, while addressing the challenges to food security, which are exacerbating by multiple factors, primarily water scarcity, whether due to natural or man-made causes. This necessitates international cooperation to secure universal access to water and to uphold international law in the management of cross-border rivers in order to ensure consensus among the concerned countries and prevent any harm to any country.

Finally, Egypt looks forward to the summit yielding tangible results that foster genuine change, honoring international commitments to provide security and promote sustainable development for all peoples without exception.
